Comfort Systems USA, an organization of leading specialty
contractors across the country. This partnership combines
expertise and manpower of abj and Comfort Systems USA
to offer potential customers a total facility maintenance

and fire alarm professionals (managers,
estimators, project engineers, field technicians and

Fire Alarm Code requires the following:
10.2.2.5
Service personnel shall be qualified and experienced
in the inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire
alarm systems. Examples of qualified personnel
shall be permitted to include, but shall not be limited
to, individuals with the following qualifications:
- Factory
trained and certified (i.e. Notifier, FireLite,
Pyrotronics, etc.)
- National
Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies
(NICET) fire
alarm certified.

International Municipal Signal Association fire alarm
certified

Certified by a state or local authority (i.e. New
York State Fire Alarm License)
- Trained
and qualified personnel employed by an organization
listed by the national testing laboratory for the
servicing of fire alarm systems
